Only 9?

I got my monthly email from my gym. 
Congrats! You did it 9 times in December!
Wait...what?
That is not a good record for someone who is trying to lose weight.
I didn't make the "10 or more" for the first time since joining in September.
I let the holidays get to me. 
Too many parties, too much food- too many excuses.
Get it together girl, this time is for real!
Here's to doing better in January!
