How I'm Losing It

It is simple....but it's not "easy".
I'm using myfitnesspal to track my calories.
And I'm working out at Gold's Gym.
Tracking means actively watching what I'm eating, introducing new fit foods into my life.
Trying new things and cooking more, eating out less.
Preventing mindless and emotional eating.
Planning ahead.
Working out includes freelance cardio: running, ellipticaling, cycling, stair-master-ing. Free weights.
And classes: spin, weights, Zumba, kickboxing, cardio/weights/balance class, yoga.
And getting outside and doing 5K's and riding my bicycle.
